2022
A life-changing diagnosis.
My son was diagnosed with autism, and our world shifted overnight. I dove headfirst into learning, researching, and seeking support. But I quickly discovered how hard it was to find tools and resources that weren’t just effective, but also accessible, inclusive, and thoughtfully designed. I realized we weren’t alone in this struggle, and that families like ours deserved better.
2023
Finding what works.
I became determined to find tools that would truly help my son thrive. I tried countless products—some worked, many didn’t. I connected with other parents, educators, and therapists who were all searching for the same thing: resources that honored each child’s unique sensory needs. The gap in the market was undeniable.
2024
A vision takes root.
By 2024, the vision for NeuroInclusive Essentials began to take shape. I knew I couldn’t keep this mission to myself. I started planning and building a brand dedicated to providing high-quality, carefully curated sensory tools and resources. My goal was simple: help neurodivergent children feel understood, supported, and celebrated.
2025
Launching our brand.
In February 2025, NeuroInclusive Essentials officially launched. Every product in our collection is handpicked with purpose: to empower children like my son, support overwhelmed parents seeking guidance, and equip educators and therapists dedicated to meeting every child where they are—it’s the start of a movement toward neuroinclusion and empowerment.

Hi, I’m Jordan Ming—founder of NeuroInclusive Essentials and a passionate advocate for neuroinclusion.
As both a mother and lifelong learner, I believe every child deserves tools and spaces where they can feel calm, confident, and truly themselves. Neuroinclusion isn’t just a goal for me—it’s a daily commitment to creating products and resources that honor the diverse ways neurodivergent children experience the world. I’m driven by hope, empathy, and the belief that small changes can spark big impact.
