Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligible Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. If your item arrived damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with a photo of the product and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of sensory and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on: chewables, weighted blankets or vests that have been opened, and items marked as final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
