Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding public holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped or ready for delivery/pick-up.

Local Delivery (Bermuda)

We offer island-wide delivery, including weekends. Delivery typically takes 2–4 days after processing. A flat-rate delivery fee of $10 applies to all local orders under $100. Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders $100 or more. We’ll contact you to coordinate a convenient delivery time—weekends included.

Local Pick-Up

We offer free local pick-up at pop-up events or pre-arranged locations. Once your order is ready, we’ll reach out to arrange pick-up at a time and place that suits you.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we work toward expanding our delivery options.
